Through structured training, you'll manage increasingly advanced projects, ensuring their successful delivery across the Life Sciences sector. We are currently seeking a Senior Digital Consultant (Fluent in French) to strengthen our Industrial Operations and Manufacturing Team. The role is based in Milan, with a flexible hybrid working policy.

Your Role

Based on your experience and expertise, you will be responsible for managing complex activities to deliver multiple projects supporting both local and international clients in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry.

More Specifically, You Will Be

• Managing various Digital Transformation projects, analyzing, designing, and advising clients on optimal technological solutions to achieve their goals
• Implementing, customizing, and integrating cutting-edge software applications tailored for Life Sciences
• Planning and executing project streams, drafting specifications, tests, and validation technical documentation
• Collaborating closely with local and global software vendors
• Providing value-added technical and functional support, training, and consultancy to clients
• Overseeing and supporting technical validation activities

Profile And Skills

• STEM degree preferred (e.g., computer science, bioinformatics, biomedical engineering, mathematical engineering, statistics, physics)
• Minimum of 4+ years relevant experience, ideally in a consulting role
• Solid knowledge of IT systems, coding languages, and MS Office tools
• Understanding of Life Sciences software solutions and industry standards
• Familiarity with Pharma/Life Science regulations, standards, and guidelines
• Strong project management skills
• Fluency in Italian and English is required; proficiency in French is essential

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Javascript, Python, C#
• Experience with Industry-specific software solutions, such as MES/EBR, LIMS, QMS, Workflow Management, Document Management, and Business Analytics
• Understanding of Pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and associated software solutions like Aveva PI, CanaryLabs, Aizon Unify/Predict, Zenon Copadata, Ignition, etc.
• Familiarity with Automation and Integration Layer tools, MES/EBR systems, and Maintenance platforms like IBM Maximo, SAP PM, and others
