About the Role

We currently have several openings for Sales Development Representatives (SDR) dedicated to our Polish growth markets. The ideal candidate is persevering, focused, and collaborative, partnering closely with our Marketing team to fill our sales funnel by qualifying and engaging potential new customers within the Growth Market for Perk.

This role offers a unique chance to join a vibrant sales team, develop professionally, and contribute to a disruptive product that revolutionizes how organizations budget, book, and manage business travel. 🌍✈️

What You'll Be Doing ✨

  • Acquire expert knowledge of Perk and its offerings
  • Run outreach campaigns leveraging phone, email, and social media
  • Connect with companies seeking smarter ways to manage business travel and expenses
  • Qualify leads through engaging conversations and schedule consultations with sales executives
  • Engage in high-level discussions with Office Managers, Finance, Operations, or Travel Managers to explain Perk’s value proposition
  • Understand client needs and clearly articulate Perk’s benefits
  • Maintain accurate prospect data and interaction activity in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand awareness and improve lead qualification processes

What You Need to Succeed ✅

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Polish
  • Strong ability to build credibility over the phone
  • Understanding of B2B solution selling with a quick sales cycle
  • Goal-oriented mindset, perseverance, and a strong character
  • Ambitious yet ethical approach to sales
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Customer-centric mentality
  • Proactive, creative thinking for lead generation
  • Cross-cultural awareness and flexibility across time zones
  • Legal authorization to work in Spain

Interview Process 🎯
