Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and continually improve supply chain processes and procedures based on data insights.
  • Inventory Management: Perform reconciliation, address errors, and minimize shortages or overages by collaborating across departments.
  • Import Documentation: Prepare, review, and ensure compliance of all import-related documents with regulatory standards.
  • Import Operations: Oversee shipment documentation, tracking, and vendor coordination for smooth import activities.
  • Customs Clearance: Facilitate customs processes by preparing documentation, ensuring compliance, and working with customs brokers and agencies.
  • Shipment Tracking: Monitor ocean shipments from origin to destination, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Drayage Coordination: Manage cargo movement from port to warehouse by collaborating with transportation providers.
  • Inventory & SCM Support: Assist the Inventory Control Tower and SCM team in operational needs and planning.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and analyze SOPs to standardize SCM operations effectively.
  • Business Reporting: Prepare ad-hoc reports to identify issues and recommend improvements.
  • Project Support: Assist in various SCM projects as delegated by management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2+ years in CPG import operations, trade management, or similar areas.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of Supply Chain Management and sales processes.
  • Import & Shipping: Experience with import management, drayage, ocean shipment tracking, and customs clearance is highly desirable.
  • Systems: Proficiency with SCP (Supply Chain Planning) systems; experience with Oracle and WMS preferred.
  • Communication & Analysis: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, along with strong analytical and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Organizational, time management, and the ability to influence and drive results.
  • Languages: Bilingual in Korean is a plus but not required.
