Job Responsibilities 📦

  • Collect and analyze supply chain data, providing continuous recommendations for process improvements.
  • Perform inventory reconciliation, manage errors, shortages, and overages in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare, review, and manage import documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy.
  • Oversee all aspects of import activities, including shipment tracking and vendor coordination.
  • Facilitate customs clearance by preparing documentation and liaising with customs brokers and government agencies.
  • Track ocean shipments from origin to destination, ensuring stakeholders are kept updated.
  • Manage drayage operations and coordinate with transportation providers for efficient cargo movement.
  • Support the Inventory Control Tower and assist the SCM operations team as needed.
  • Implement and monitor SCM plans alongside operations and cross-functional departments.
  • Develop and standardize SCM operating procedures through SOP planning and analysis.
  • Prepare and analyze ad-hoc business reports to identify issues and suggest improvements.
  • Support other SCM-related projects as requested by management.

Skills & Qualifications 🎓

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in CPG import operations or trade management.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management and sales processes.
  • Experience with import management, drayage operations, ocean shipment tracking, and customs clearance is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with Supply Chain Planning (SCP) systems.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI.
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to anticipate business needs and drive change for actionable results.
  • Experience with Oracle and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
  • Bilingual Korean skills are a plus, but not required.
