Position Overview

This role involves supporting daily operations related to logistics and order management. You'll work in a hybrid environment—collaborating both on-site in Marietta, GA, and remotely—while engaging regularly with Japanese-speaking clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Effective bilingual communication in Japanese and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• 📄 Receive, review, and scan documentation for assigned accounts
• 🚚 Prepare and process delivery orders and receipts
• 💾 Enter and manage data accurately within internal systems
• 📦 Set up and coordinate shipping orders
• 🧾 Create invoices and support basic accounting tasks
• 🗣️ Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams in both Japanese and English
• 📝 Support general administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• ✅ Previous experience in administrative, sales support, or operations roles
