About the Role 💼

We are seeking an Internal Sales Specialist within our HPE business unit. The successful candidate will focus on building customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement, pricing strategies, managing quotes, and closing orders.

Responsibilities 🎯

• Engage in active inside selling using various sources to gather customer information
• Manage customer backorders and report with specialist knowledge, engaging in “intelligent project fishing”
• Handle project end-to-end or collaborate with pre-sales for technical requirements
• Provide, sell, and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions
• Drive sales of specific products/vendors with targeted knowledge
• Create and maintain a pipeline of deals within TD SYNNEX’s CRM system, ensuring active closure of opportunities

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience 📋

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of the HPE product set and IT industry trends
• Excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets
• Understanding of sales processes
• Fluent in Italian and English
