Sales and Marketing Is Hiring A Sales Representative Bilingual

Customer Sales Representative - Non-Bulk MDU Area 🚪✨

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

Overview

Join our team as a Customer Sales Representative, focusing on selling products and services to customers within assigned non-bulk multi-dwelling units (MDU) areas with 20+ doors. Your responsibilities will include door-to-door solicitation, hosting lobby events, and building strong relationships with property managers to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Major Duties and Responsibilities 🛠️

  • Support customer experience: Actively and consistently promote efforts to simplify and improve the customer journey.
  • Achieve sales goals: Meet monthly sales targets and increase sales volume and penetration through assigned leads and property portfolio.
  • Customer solicitation: Engage residential customers via door-to-door methods, lobby events, and relationship-building with property management.
  • Expand revenue: Generate additional revenue by upselling services to existing customers.
  • Customer issue resolution: Respond to and resolve customer problems and complaints following company policies.
  • Market knowledge: Stay informed about competitors’ activities and inform management of any changes in market conditions.
  • Team participation: Contribute actively to sales meetings and training programs.
  • Documentation & reporting: Complete all required paperwork accurately, including sales orders and reports, adhering to quality guidelines.
  • Financial transactions: Collect funds, provide receipts, and follow company policies for transaction management.

Required Qualifications ✅

  • Cold calling, persuasion, and clear communication skills
  • Ability to travel confidently using a reliable personal vehicle, even in adverse weather conditions
  • Capacity to work outdoors for extended periods in any season and weather
  • Familiarity with computer systems and various communication devices (smartphones, PDAs, routers, etc.)
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Bilingual in Korean

Education & Experience 🎓

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Experience: 0-6 months in sales or customer service

Preferred Qualifications 🌟

  • Knowledge of communication technologies, data networking, and telecommunications services
  • Experience in consumer education and product sales
  • Proven success in sales, prospecting, or cold calling (preferred but not required)

Preferred Work Experience 📈

  • Over 1 year in sales or relevant roles

Working Conditions ⚙️

  • Approximately 80% outside in all weather conditions, with potential exposure to inclement weather
  • Ability to lift 10-20 pounds over short distances (e.g., digital boxes)
  • Moderate noise exposure
  • Availability for evenings and weekends, including holidays and split days off

Compensation: The base salary ranges from $33,200 to $66,000, with potential for bonuses and additional incentives. The target commission earnings start at $45,000.
