What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) 📋

• Build strong, enduring customer relationships and deliver outstanding service
• Drive revenue through product expertise, upselling, and personalized recommendations
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets consistently
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Maintain high visual standards by organizing and styling wigs/extensions
• Support merchandising and keep a clean, professional store environment
• Communicate inventory needs and customer feedback to management
• Participate in inventory management and stock control processes
• Assist with promotional activities including trade shows and in-store events
• Collaborate with store leadership to achieve business goals
• Stay informed about new products, pricing, and industry trends

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications) 📌

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience (required)
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (required)
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong upselling, closing, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven
• Effective time management and multitasking skills
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
