What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) 💼

• Build lasting customer relationships and provide exceptional service
• Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and tailored recommendations
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Maintain visual standards by organizing and styling wigs/extensions
• Support merchandising and keep a clean, professional store environment
• Communicate inventory needs and customer feedback to management
• Participate in inventory management and stock control
• Assist with trade shows, in-store events, and promotional activities
• Collaborate with store leadership to attain business goals
• Stay informed on new products, pricing strategies, and industry trends
• Operate with a results-driven mindset, achieving both personal and team sales objectives

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications) 🎯

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience (required)
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (required)
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong upselling, closing, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
