About The Role

Shamrock is seeking a Bilingual Sales Recruiter to join our recruiting team. This in-office, performance-driven position involves sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates across all corporate brands. The ideal candidate will be highly perceptive, excellent at building relationships, and capable of developing a robust employee relations strategy to attract top talent. This role offers significant earning potential for individuals who consistently meet and surpass business objectives.

What You’ll Do

• Source and build a candidate pipeline through referrals, networking, direct sourcing, LinkedIn, and more 🔎
• Create innovative sourcing strategies to proactively recruit passive candidates 💡
• Develop and nurture relationships with business partners to attract top talent 🤝
• Maintain accuracy of recruiting activities within the applicant tracking system (ATS) 📝
• Pre-screen candidates via resume analysis, phone screens, reference checks, etc. 📞
• Record all candidate communication in the ATS and communicate clearly with applicants throughout the process ✉️
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a results-oriented, team environment 🧑‍🤝‍🧑
• Demonstrate strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills 💬
• Negotiate salaries and present compensation packages during the offer stage 💼
• Perform other duties as assigned 🚀

What You’ll Bring

• Over 3+ years of proven recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting, preferably fast-paced 🚀
• At least 2+ years experience in sales recruiting (preferred) 💼
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field 🎓
• Experience sourcing, qualifying, and interviewing candidates 🕵️‍♂️
• Extensive knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and candidate negotiation 🔄
• Ability to manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline effectively 📊
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills ✍️
• High business acumen and the ability to exercise discretion 🧠
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, including business vocabulary 🗣️🌐
