What Are the Responsibilities of a Sales Development Representative?
Our Sales Development Team focuses on generating new business and expanding existing accounts through outbound sales activities. This vital role involves identifying potential clients, initiating contact via multiple channels, and building strong relationships.
The core responsibilities include:
- 🔍 Place between 50-70 outbound calls daily to set appointments and kickstart the sales process for our clients.
- 🤝 Manage accounts by developing and maintaining solid client relationships.
- 🎯 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals through effective lead generation activities.
- 🔗 Continuously prospect via LinkedIn, Discover.org, and other data sources.
- 📧 Utilise email and social media platforms to book meetings with qualified prospects.
What We Look For 🌟
- 🗣️ Fluency in Hebrew
- 🧑💼 Previous sales experience (preferred)
