Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for qualifying leads via our omni-channel digital customer engagement platform and through outbound calls. Your efforts will drive lead generation initiatives to support our sales regions in Europe, focusing on the UK, France, Benelux, Nordics.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential new customers in high-growth B2B sectors such as robotics, medical, battery production, and factory automation.
- Qualify leads from initial contact to determine potential for collaboration.
- Assist customers starting their design projects by understanding their needs and identifying how we can support their machine build.
- Coordinate with sales teams by qualifying leads to ensure seamless follow-up and conversion.
