What You'll Do 🎯

• Proactively identify, prospect, and engage: New business opportunities within target markets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations: Tailor messaging to each prospective client’s needs.
• Manage the sales process: From initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide market insights: Offer feedback to inform Perk's go-to-market strategies.
• Build lasting relationships: Maintain strong, long-term client partnerships.
• Meet and exceed sales goals: Achieve individual and team KPIs and quotas.

What We're Looking For 🔍

• Native French speaker
• Proven success in B2B sales: Preferably in tech, SaaS, or related sectors.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to communicate complex product features: Translate into clear business value.
• Outstanding communication skills: Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized and self-motivated: Results-oriented mindset.
• Experience with CRM and sales automation tools: A plus.
• Analytical mindset and adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

How We Work 🏢
