Tasks

• Manage customer inquiries: Serve as the first point of contact for guests, qualify leads, create offers, and negotiate contracts for groups and events — Be the moment maker! 🎉
• Drive sales: Successfully sell the first Radisson Collection in Germany, the only round hotel in Europe, or host your favorite band in one of our 12 managed hotels in the cluster — Be the deal maker! 🤝

Requirements

• Solution orientated: You are the first point of contact for guests, always finding the right solutions
• Negotiation skills: Confidently conduct negotiations in German and English, with eagerness to learn more during onboarding
• Proactive learner: Familiarize yourself with topics independently and develop new skills proactively
• Professional communication: Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills
• Experience: Already have relevant experience in a similar role
