Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Executive to lead Keer America’s business growth across diverse textile markets. Your role will involve developing and managing key customer accounts, identifying new market opportunities, and bolstering our global sales footprint.

The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and confidence in navigating both U.S. and overseas markets. Prior experience in textiles or manufacturing is a plus but not essential. Key qualities include business acumen, negotiation skills, and collaborative spirit with cross-functional teams. Fluency in Mandarin and English is necessary for effective communication with our headquarters. 🇺🇸🇨🇳

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Account Management

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue and profit targets.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and trading partners.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.

2. Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
  • Assess product demand, pricing strategies, and market segmentation opportunities.
  • Offer market insights and strategic recommendations to management for planning.

3. Sales Operations & Communication

  • Create and deliver proposals, quotations, and product presentations to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and successfully close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order processing.
  • Report sales progress, forecasts, and challenges to management promptly.

4. Customer & Market Engagement

  • Attend trade shows, customer visits, and industry events as needed.
  • Travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%) to cultivate new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; backgrounds in Business, Marketing, or related fields are advantageous.
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in textiles or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven success in developing new business, building relationships, and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
