Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated salesperson to join our Direct Sales Team. Your main responsibilities will include selling EC courses across our vibrant locations, providing exceptional customer service, hitting weekly sales targets, and maintaining thorough knowledge of your sales region and EC products. 🎯

Key Responsibilities

• 📝 Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
• 🤝 Assist customers in choosing the right EC products by adopting a consultative approach
• 🔄 Cross-sell and upsell opportunities at every contact point
• 📚 Maintain thorough knowledge of EC offerings and competitor products
• 🖥️ Follow CRM etiquette diligently
• 🤝 Collaborate with the marketing team on online and in-market campaigns

Education Requirements

• 🎓 Post-secondary education
• 🗣️ Fluency in English and Italian

Experience Requirements

• 🛍️ Prior sales or customer service experience

Preferred Experience

• ✈️ Experience in the Language Travel Industry
• 🌐 Knowledge of additional languages is an asset
