Position Summary

We are seeking motivated sales professionals to join our Direct Sales Team. Your main duties will involve selling EC courses across our diverse locations, delivering exceptional customer service, achieving weekly sales targets, and gaining in-depth knowledge of your sales region and EC’s offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual targets and KPIs
• Assist customers in selecting the right EC programs through a consultative sales approach
• Cross-sell and upsell at every opportunity
• Maintain knowledge of EC products and competitors’ offerings
• Follow CRM etiquette diligently
• Collaborate with marketing on online and in-market campaigns

Education Requirements 📚

• Post-secondary education
• Fluency in English and Italian

Experience Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Language Travel Industry
• Knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset
