The Role

As a French Speaking Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to sell delegate places for various industry events. This engaging role involves contacting potential attendees through phone, email, and social media, understanding their needs, and demonstrating the value of each event. You will manage multiple projects, oversee your own sales pipeline, and play a key role in ensuring the success and high attendance of the events.

Key Responsibilities

• 💼 Sell delegate places across in‑person and digital events
• 🤝 Manage new and existing customer relationships to create strong sales opportunities
• 📈 Qualify, grow, and maintain your own account pipeline
• 🗃️ Maintain accurate CRM records and uphold high standards of communication
• 🎤 Attend UK or international events as part of the on‑the‑day support team when required

Requirements

• 🗣️ Fluent in both French and English
• 💼 Experience in sales or customer service (experience in events or B2B sales is a bonus)
• 📞 Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
• 🎯 Motivated, resilient, and target-oriented
• ✍️ Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
