Prerequisites & Important Notes

⚠️ You must be physically located in GMT+1 or GMT+2. Although this is a remote position, we will only consider candidates within these regions, as the role requires communication with customers during business hours (32-40h per week, Mon-Fri). Please apply in English only.

What You Will Be Doing 🔧

• Support customers with your technical knowledge. Fluid control expertise is not required (we can train you in this).

• Develop relationships with new customers and retain current ones.

• Show potential customers why trusting Tameson as their industrial supplier will benefit them.

• Proactively identify and suggest process improvements using software tools and AI to optimize workflows and enhance the customer experience.

• Collaborate with our product and marketing teams to improve customer experience and contribute to the evolution of Tameson’s products and services.

Your Profile 🎯

• You enjoy talking to people and helping them with their questions, which makes you happy.

• You possess strong technical knowledge and confidence to communicate effectively with customers.

• A higher professional technical education or relevant work experience provides a solid foundation.

• You take ownership of your tasks and enjoy collaborating with colleagues.

• You have an interest in eCommerce, process improvements, and automation.

• You are customer-oriented and adept at finding optimal solutions benefiting both customers and Tameson.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, German, Dutch, or French is a plus.

• You can work independently and remotely, thriving in an international, dynamic team.
