Role Overview 💼
Here's the exciting opportunity: Join the Fireblocks sales team and play a key role in scaling one of the fastest-growing companies in the blockchain and cybersecurity sectors. You'll target a mix of Crypto Native, Web3, and TradFi accounts across the Central Asia region, working closely with Sales Engineers and the Business Development team.
Responsibilities 🎯
- Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Collaborating closely with the Fireblocks BDR and GTM teams
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers
- Prospect, territory, and account planning
- Updating and maintaining Fireblocks CRM
Qualifications ✅
- Enterprise sales experience in software or institutional sales, especially within financial services, crypto, blockchain, or fintech
- Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies
- Direct experience in financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency is preferred
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Entrepreneurial mindset and relentless prospecting attitude
- Experience working in a team selling environment
- Fluent in Russian
