Our team plays a vital role in the organization’s growth, working closely with sales and marketing to identify target prospects and nurture leads. We focus on setting qualified discovery calls that lead to new business opportunities, helping Snowflake expand its footprint globally.
In This Role, You Will 🎯
- Build revenue pipelines by scheduling introductory meetings with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Research and expand existing and new accounts through adding contacts, outbound calling, and targeted email and social campaigns.
- Analyze prospects’ business via inbound and outbound efforts, engaging with them through phone and email.
- Collaborate effectively with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional colleagues, leveraging your communication skills.
- Navigate a fast-paced environment, taking initiative, experimenting with new approaches, and sharing insights with your team.

Compensation & Benefits 💰
For roles in the United States, please visit Snowflake Careers Site for salary and benefits details. Expected total on-target earnings range from $68,000 - $89,250, with an estimated base salary between $47,600 - $62,475.
Your starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and location. Our comprehensive benefits include:
