Your Role
The Sales Development Representative supports our remote sales team by generating new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls to generate sales opportunities and build sales pipeline 📞
- Follow up on inbound sales inquiries to cultivate new leads
- Schedule meetings and demos for Territory Managers after qualifying leads
- Promote Tenable events and webinars within your region
- Research target accounts for outbound campaigns
- Manage and update contact and account information relevant to your region
- Make 50+ calls daily to prospects
- Generate at least 7 new meetings or demos per week
- Perform other duties as assigned
Note: This role offers a hybrid/on-site work model in Columbia, MD.
What You’ll Need
- Bilingual in French
- 1-3 years experience in sales or a comparable client support role
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Ideally, you also have
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree

This is the base pay range for this role:
$19.47—$25.88 USD per hour. Compensation varies based on experience, skills, location, and other factors. Employees may also be eligible for variable compensation, such as commissions or bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disabilities, 401(k), stock plans, paid holidays, PTO, wellness programs, and more.
