We're seeking a dynamic professional to build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support our growth in the logistics industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop & Maintain Customer Relationships: Engage through direct communication, meetings, and regular follow-ups 🤝
• Business Development: Identify new opportunities and support customer growth initiatives 🚀
• Strategic Sales Coordination: Oversee sales activities and customer account management 📝
• Client Engagement: Attend meetings, site visits, and participate in business development activities as needed 🚗
• Pricing & Quotations: Prepare, manage customer pricing, quotations, and conduct rate analysis 💰
• Carrier Negotiations: Source and negotiate with motor carriers to meet customer needs and maintain competitive pricing ⚙️
• Account Monitoring: Track customer accounts, operational issues, and service performance at shipment and account levels 📊
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, dispatch, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth service delivery 🤝
• Reporting & Documentation: Report on customer activity, pricing updates, sales pipeline, and account performance regularly 📈
• Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries professionally and promptly 📞
• Contract & Strategic Support: Assist with contract renewals, RFQs, and long-term development strategies 📄
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer visits, meetings, and business opportunities ✈️

Qualifications

• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills; previous customer-facing experience preferred 🗣️
• Relationship Building: Ability to engage professionally with customers and carriers 🤝
• Attention to Detail & Organization: Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail 📝
• Multitasking & Deadline Management: Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines ⏱️
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, especially in pricing and logistics 📊
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) 💻
• Industry Experience: Experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or trucking preferred 🚚
• Language Skills: Fluent in Korean and English (or Chinese) 🈳🈶
• Willingness to Travel: Up to 50% travel required ✈️
• Availability: Willing to work overtime during peak periods 🕒

Compensation

The annual base salary ranges from $60,000 to $95,000, depending on your experience, qualifications, and skills 💵.
