About the Role

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Russian) Call Center Outreach Specialist who will serve as a vital connection between TellyHealthMD and our Russian-speaking patient community in Brooklyn, NY.

Location

Brooklyn, NY (on-site)

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

Pay

$22–$25/hr depending on experience

What You'll Do <😊>

• Conduct outbound and inbound patient outreach in English and Russian
• Schedule appointments and follow up with patients on care plans
• Represent TellyHealthMD at community health events
• Bridge language and cultural barriers to ensure patients feel supported

What We're Looking For <🔎>

• Fluency in spoken English and Russian
• Customer service experience with a patient-first, empathetic approach
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working within a team
• Background in healthcare or social services is a plus — but not required
