Key Responsibilities

• Instruction Delivery: Use government or contractor-provided materials such as assessment plans, guides, and student resources.
• Teaching Approaches: Adapt methods to suit student learning styles and strategies.
• Engagement: Conduct synchronous and asynchronous learning activities.
• Curriculum Enrichment: Teach ISO-Immersions and incorporate authentic contemporary materials.

Collaborative Work

• Collaborate with course developers, curriculum managers, government, and contractor instructors for training design and implementation.

Technology Integration

• Utilize classroom technology such as audio/video/DVD equipment and computer applications like Microsoft Office.
• Operate advanced tools like Smart Boards, Blackboard, Microsoft Teams, and camera equipment.

Feedback & Assessment

• Provide constructive student progress feedback to the government.
• Ensure assessments support course objectives and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Security Clearance: Ability to pass security vetting.
• Onsite Instruction: Mandatory
• Education/Experience: B.A./B.S. from an accredited institution or four years of directly related experience.
• Language Proficiency:
  • ILR level 2 in reading, writing, speaking, and listening in English and ILR level 4 in your native language.
  • ILR level 3 in reading and listening in the target language and ILR 4 in English.
  • Proficiency levels must be documented within the last 3 years.
• Teaching Experience: At least 5 years teaching adult language education and methodology.
• Technical Skills: 6 months experience using language fonts, keyboards, and training software.

Compensation & Benefits 💼
