We are seeking an RPO Project Manager who will take full ownership of client hiring programs—from recruitment to results—leading a dedicated delivery team and serving as the strategic liaison between Pasona and our clients. 🎯 What You’ll Do
Program Delivery & Recruiting Execution
- Lead end-to-end delivery of RPO client programs, ensuring quality and timely fulfillment of requisitions.
- Manage and develop your project delivery team—setting expectations, coaching, and maintaining high standards.
- Implement proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS pipelines, and direct outreach tailored to each client's talent market.
- Maintain ATS data integrity and ensure an excellent candidate experience reflecting Pasona’s commitment to quality.
Client Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary relationship owner—your main point of contact for all program-related matters.
- Lead regular client meetings—pipeline reviews, data insights, hiring manager alignment, and strategic planning.
- Deeply understand client business, culture, and talent challenges to anticipate needs proactively.
- Support program expansion, contract scoping, and renewal discussions in collaboration with RPO leadership.
Program Governance & Performance
- Manage SLAs, KPIs, and reporting schedules—monitor performance, identify risks, and escalate issues.
- Maintain program documentation including SOPs, intake templates, and process maps, driving continuous improvement.
- Generate and present regular reports on pipeline health, hiring velocity, and funnel metrics—translating data into strategic insights.
🔎 What You Bring
- 4–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in an RPO, embedded, or multi-client setting.
- Experience leading or coordinating recruiting teams—setting direction, tracking performance, and mentoring.
- Strong client relationship management skills—reporting, stakeholder engagement, issue resolution.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., JazzHR, Jobvite, Lever, Appyhere) and adept at presenting recruiting data to leadership.
- Excellent organizational skills—ability to juggle multiple priorities across clients and requisitions seamlessly.
🌟 Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as an RPO program or account manager with full client responsibility.
- Knowledge of Japanese-owned or Japanese-headquartered companies—decision-making, culture, stakeholder dynamics.
- Experience developing or refining RPO processes—SOP creation, intake frameworks, reporting templates.
- Background in employer branding, talent advisory, or HR process improvements.
- Bilingual in Japanese and English is a plus.

💼 Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $70,304 - $80,000
- Classification: Exempt, Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision Insurances, 401K, PTO, Paid Holidays
- Location: Office-based hybrid work in Chicago, IL; Houston, TX preferred. Other locations include Torrance & San Jose, CA; New York, NY; Atlanta, GA. Remote candidates considered based on experience.
