About The Role 🎯

As a Revenue Cycle Reimbursement Data Analyst, you will support LifeBridge Health Partners' revenue cycle processes by utilizing reporting tools from the billing system, Brightree. Your role involves creating reports, dashboards, maintaining payer fee schedules, and leveraging data analytics to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities 🔑

• Design, develop, analyze, interpret, and distribute Accounts Receivable (AR) reports, translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Create tools, dashboards, and queries using SQL language; analyze reports for accuracy and data integrity prior to distribution.
• Organize and report data utilizing approved applications to generate comprehensive reports.
• Evaluate data from multiple sources to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements ✔️

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
• Certification: Project management certification a plus
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of advanced experience with data visualization software such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
