📝 Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Administer daily retirement plan activities: processing client requests and maintaining accurate plan and participant records.
- Communicate professionally with clients: obtain necessary information, provide updates, and address inquiries effectively.
- Review forms, data, and reports: ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with procedures.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams: resolve issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare reports and documentation: use internal systems and Excel to create summaries and supporting materials.
- Maintain organized records: support audits, compliance, and service quality standards.
- Manage multiple assignments: meet deadlines without compromising accuracy.
- Take ownership of responsibilities: follow issues through to resolution confidently.
🎓 Basic Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Prior experience in retirement plan administration, benefits administration, financial services, or operations preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retirement plan software.
- Analytical Ability: Strong skills to interpret data, identify trends, and solve problems.
- Communication: Excellent skills for engaging with clients, participants, and internal teams.
- Attention to Detail & Organization: Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy.
- Logical Thinking: Ability to understand process flows and data relationships.
