What You’ll Do as a Retail Sales Specialist 🛍️

• Enhance the customer experience by meeting sales, service, and operational goals
• Identify sales opportunities and create memorable customer interactions through product support and education
• Build positive relationships, listen effectively, overcome objections, and demonstrate the value of our products
• Stay knowledgeable about Spectrum products, pricing, promotions, and visual standards to minimize losses
• Maintain a welcoming store environment with clean displays, effective communication, policy adherence, issue resolution, and participation in training programs

• Physical demands include lifting up to 35 lbs. and prolonged standing

Required Qualifications 🎓

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Skills & Abilities

• Proficient in cash handling and accurate payment processing
• Comfortable using mobile devices, video platforms, and computer applications
• Basic math skills
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in goal- and incentive-based environments
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team setting
• Effective communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writing
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration
• Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and a drive to exceed sales goals

The base pay ranges from $18.00 to $31.75 per hour, based on various factors such as experience and location. Incentive compensation includes a commission target starting at $7,300.
