What You’ll Do

• Live and work onboard a cruise ship, initially based in Japan, with potential to travel globally—Caribbean, Alaska, Mediterranean, and more! 🌎
• Create exceptional and memorable retail experiences for guests onboard
• Promote a diverse range of quality products through engaging in-store events
• Develop comprehensive product knowledge and understand brand culture
• Participate in promotional activities such as fashion shows and presentations
• Communicate daily with Japanese guests and offer translation support to team members 🗣️
• Maintain excellent stock control and visual merchandising standards

What You’ll Bring

• A strong retail background, ideally with experience in premium products
• Fluent Japanese language skills; conversational English is essential
• Outstanding face-to-face customer service and sales abilities
• Motivation and drive to meet and surpass sales targets
• A solid work ethic, adaptability to change, and thrive in energetic environments
• A team-oriented attitude; proactive and flexible in your role
• Good physical fitness to handle the demands of the role
