Compensation & Benefits 💰

This isn't just any entry-level retail role—it's an opportunity to earn competitive pay and unlimited commissions:

• Base pay: $16.00 to $21.00 per hour
• Potential commissions: Up to $16,000 annually based on sales performance
• Top performers: Earn additional $14,500+ in commissions, with total earnings surpassing $73,500+ annually

What We’re Looking For 🔍

• Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, plus 1+ years of relevant experience
• Availability: Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided four weeks in advance)
• Additional Opportunities: Flexibility to pick up extra shifts, especially during peak seasons

Preferred Qualifications 🌟

• Experience in commission-based sales or customer service
• Proven sales success in communicating solutions to customers
