• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide personalized product recommendations
• Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and demonstrating strong product knowledge
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems (cash, credit, etc.)
• Support inventory management—receiving, stocking, and tracking products
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and style wigs/extensions for display
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
• Promote in-store campaigns and contribute to monthly sales goals
• Assist with store events, promotions, and daily operations

🎓 What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• Bilingual in English & Mandarin Chinese (Required)
• 2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience
