What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) 🎯

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized product recommendations
• Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and comprehensive product knowledge
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems (cash, credit, etc.)
• Support inventory management including receiving, stocking, and tracking products
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and style wigs/extensions for display
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
• Promote in-store campaigns and contribute to monthly sales goals
• Assist with store events, promotions, and daily operations

Operate with a results-driven mindset, striving consistently to meet individual and team sales targets.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications) 📝

• Bilingual in English & Mandarin Chinese (Required)
• 2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven with a positive, proactive attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• A passion for beauty, hair, or fashion is a plus

Compensation & Benefits 💼

• Salary: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
