As a Restaurant Store Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, drive sales, maintain service excellence, and lead your team to ensure smooth, profitable, and high-quality service delivery. 🍽️

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure sales targets are achieved 🏆
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and service standards
• Handle customer complaints and unexpected situations professionally
• Uphold and protect the restaurant’s brand image

2. Team Management

• Create and manage staff schedules
• Recruit, train, and evaluate front-line employees
• Build a reliable and high-performing team 💪

3. Cost Control

• Monitor and control labor costs, food waste, and operating expenses ⚖️
• Ensure efficient use of resources to maximize profitability

4. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with New York food safety and labor regulations
• Enforce sanitation, safety, and anti-harassment policies

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Store Manager
• Fluent in both Chinese and English 🈴🈚️
• Strong ability to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing a chain restaurant is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Starting salary: $90,000+ per year

Quarterly Bonus

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
