Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, achieving sales targets, maintaining service quality, and leading the team to ensure efficient execution and profitability.

Openings available in: New York, Boston, and Los Angeles (1 position per location)

Key Responsibilities

🌟 1. Store Operations

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure sales targets are achieved
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and service standards
• Handle customer complaints and unexpected situations professionally
• Uphold and protect the restaurant’s brand image

👥 2. Team Management

• Create and manage staff schedules
• Recruit, train, and evaluate front-line employees
• Build a reliable and high-performing team

💰 3. Cost Control

• Monitor and control labor costs, food waste, and operating expenses
• Ensure efficient use of resources to maximize profitability

🛡️ 4. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with New York food safety and labor regulations
• Enforce sanitation, safety, and anti-harassment policies

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Store Manager
• Fluent in both Chinese and English
• Strong ability to work under pressure

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing a chain restaurant is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $90,000+ per year

Additional Compensation: Quarterly Bonus

Paid Time Off: Yes

Pay Range: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
