🌟 Job Details

• Hiring Department: School of Nursing

• Weekly Scheduled Hours: 10 hours
• FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
• Earliest Start Date: Immediately
• Position Duration: Expected to continue until August 31, 2025
• Location: UT Main Campus

🎯 Purpose

Carry out part‑time research intervention duties at the School of Nursing under the supervision of Dr. Wonshik Chee, contributing to an innovative study on promoting a web‑app based physical activity program.

📝 Responsibilities

• Weekly Interventions: Conduct weekly chat-based interventions with participants in Simplified Korean or English.
• Procedural Tasks: Maintain research diaries, manage communications regarding participant payments and Fitbit device distribution, and coordinate with the Principal Investigator, Coordinator, and peer interventionists.
• Recruitment Activities: Support participant recruitment efforts to facilitate study success.

🔍 Required Qualifications

• Licensure: Valid U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Language Skills: Fluency in both Korean and English (spoken and written)
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Zoom, MS Office, Microsoft Teams, and similar tools
• Flexibility: Ability to accommodate participants’ schedules across different time zones

💰 Salary & Working Conditions

• Hourly Rate: $36.00
• Work Environment: Remote research interviews via chat and/or video call
• Work Schedule: Flexible hours based on participant availability
