🎯 Purpose
Carry out part‑time research intervention duties at the School of Nursing under the supervision of Dr. Wonshik Chee, contributing to an innovative study on promoting a web‑app based physical activity program.
📝 Responsibilities
- Weekly Interventions: Conduct weekly chat-based interventions with participants in Simplified Korean or English.
- Procedural Tasks: Maintain research diaries, manage communications regarding participant payments and Fitbit device distribution, and coordinate with the Principal Investigator, Coordinator, and peer interventionists.
- Recruitment Activities: Support participant recruitment efforts to facilitate study success.
🔍 Required Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Language Skills: Fluency in both Korean and English (spoken and written)
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Zoom, MS Office, Microsoft Teams, and similar tools
- Flexibility: Ability to accommodate participants’ schedules across different time zones
💰 Salary & Working Conditions
- Hourly Rate: $36.00
- Work Environment: Remote research interviews via chat and/or video call
- Work Schedule: Flexible hours based on participant availability
