🎯 Job Purpose
To perform part‑time research intervention duties at the School of Nursing under the supervision of Dr. Wonshik Chee. The study focuses on promoting a web‑app based physical activity program.
🛠️ Responsibilities
- Weekly Interventions: Conduct weekly chat-based interventions with participants in Simplified Korean or English.
- Procedural Tasks: Maintain a research diary, manage communications regarding participant payments and Fitbit distribution, and coordinate with the Principal Investigator, Coordinator, and peer interventionists.
- Recruitment Activities: Engage in efforts to support participant recruitment for the study.
🎓 Required Qualifications
- Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license within the U.S.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Korean and English (spoken and written)
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Zoom, MS Office, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Flexibility: Ability to work around participants' schedules across different time zones
💰 Compensation
Salary Range: $36.00 per hour
🏠 Working Conditions
Research interviews will be conducted remotely via chat and/or video calls. Work hours may vary based on participant availability.
