Responsibilities

• Team Collaboration: Work with team members to meet project deadlines and coordinate logistics.
• Research Support: Assist across all operational phases—survey proofing, data cleaning, charting, recruitment updates, and quality checks.
• Documentation: Record client calls and internal meetings, provide feedback, and share documentation for team collaboration.
• Client Deliverables: Create compelling slides, identify case studies, and incorporate syndicated data and desk research to support insights.
• Logistics Management: Oversee fielding logistics, data processing, vendor coordination, and suggest process improvements.
• Communication: Proactively update the team on your availability, capacity, and contributions.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in quantitative market research and analysis.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required; in-culture experience is a big plus! 🌎
• Passionate about research and engaging with people, with an intellectually curious mindset.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, positive attitude, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Skilled at managing multiple projects while providing exceptional client service.
• Comfortable both collaborating in teams and working independently.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with R, SQL, Python or other analytical tools is a plus.

Compensation & Location

Salary ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 base plus bonus opportunities. 💰
