We are a dynamic real estate investment company looking for a skilled bilingual (Spanish-speaking required) Rental Turn Manager to lead residential renovation projects. This role is perfect for someone passionate about on-site work, with a solid understanding of construction workflows, and capable of keeping projects on track and within budget.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential rehab projects from start to finish, including house flips and rental turns.
• Coordinate and schedule contractors, tradespeople, vendors, and inspections.
• Create and oversee renovation budgets and project timelines.
• Perform site visits to monitor quality, progress, and safety protocols.
• Source materials and oversee deliveries to ensure timely procurement.
• Resolve issues impacting project cost, timeline, or quality.
• Provide weekly updates to ownership regarding project status.
• Ensure properties are market-ready, meeting resale or rental standards.
• Oversee new construction projects from pre-construction and permitting through to completion and sale.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with contractors, vendors, and team members.

📝 Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• 2+ years of experience managing residential renovations, property flips, or rental turns.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, rehab procedures, and building materials.
• Ability to read scopes of work and enforce project timelines.
• Experience managing subcontractors and vendors.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between job sites.
• Experience with project management tools and spreadsheets is preferred.
