Required Qualifications ✔️

• High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred).
• Fluency in English, Fuzhounese, Mandarin, and Cantonese at B2+ level or higher.
• Ability to pass language and interpreting skills assessments.
• At least 6 months of call center, customer service, or interpreting experience.
• Strong verbal communication, accuracy, and ethical judgment.
• Ability to remain professional and focused in fast-paced, emotionally complex situations.
• Proficiency with computer skills including typing and MS Office.
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace conducive to active listening.
• Reliable home internet connection (no cellular or hotspot).
