📝 Position Overview

A fully remote role designed for candidates who enjoy communication, sales, and building relationships. No previous industry experience required—career changers are encouraged to apply! Travel required: approximately 2-4 times per month for client meetings and business visits.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Provide solution-based proposals tailored to client needs
• Manage and grow assigned client accounts
• Coordinate with internal teams and overseas counterparts as needed
• Maintain CRM activity records and sales pipelines
• Conduct online and onsite client presentations and meetings
• Achieve KPIs and sales targets established by management

📝 Requirements

• Business-level English proficiency required
• Bilingual in Japanese or Spanish
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 2+ years of B2B or corporate sales experience (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)

📍 Location & Compensation

Location: West Coast / Remote-Friendly

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 + Commission (15% of Gross Profit)
