As part of the T-Maxx AI Training Contributors Network, you'll be helping build a long-term Italian contributors community for various AI training initiatives. There is no fixed hiring limit, as we anticipate a continuous flow of tasks and ongoing onboarding of qualified contributors. Once onboarded, you may participate in diverse tasks based on project requirements, your availability, and your performance.

Role Responsibilities

• Understand what users are actually asking for in a prompt
• Compare, evaluate, and label AI model responses according to clear guidelines
• Classify model responses and assess whether they meet user needs
• Review and quality-check annotated outputs for consistency and accuracy
• Work independently and asynchronously with a flexible schedule to meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Native or fluent proficiency in English and Italian
• Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and deliver high‑quality work independently
• Interest in AI, chatbots, or image recognition models
• Basic computer skills and quick learning ability
