Remote Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative
Must be fluent in both English & Spanish
As part of the Healthcare Call Center team, you'll assist customers by handling calls, listening actively to understand their needs, and providing accurate answers. Enjoy a collaborative environment where excellent customer service skills are celebrated.
Key Benefits & Details
- Starting pay: $17.00 per hour 💵
- Hours of Operation: Monday-Sunday, 8:00AM – 10:00PM EST 🕗
- Paid Training: 6 weeks classroom + 1 week nesting 📝
- Attendance: Attendance during training is mandatory 🚫

Role Requirements & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills 🎙️
- Successful completion of customer service assessment & typing test 💻
- Keyboarding and software proficiency 🖥️
- Strong problem-solving skills 🧠
- Ability to multitask effectively 🔄
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree 🎓
- Must pass a background check ✅
- Comfortable managing incoming calls across multiple systems 📞

Workspace & Equipment Requirements
- All necessary equipment provided by Conduent (computer, monitor, headset, etc.) 🖥️🎧

- Must connect directly to the modem via Ethernet (no satellite or wireless internet) ⚡

Compensation & Benefits
