Key Responsibilities 📝
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts professionally and courteously
- Achieve first call resolution through effective problem-solving
- Research systems to find missing information; Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
- Accurately document and process customer claims in the appropriate systems
- Utilize knowledge bases and training to answer questions accurately, following scripts, policies, and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of personal and sensitive information
- Escalate customer issues to appropriate staff or management as necessary
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay updated on program changes
- Adhere to attendance and schedule requirements

Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Typing speed of 20+ words per minute with accuracy
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows OS
- Reliable with consistent attendance and punctuality
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and follow-up skills
- Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
- Great team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
Preferred (Not Required)
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, or administrative support within a contact center
- Experience with State or Federal work environments

Physical & Work Environment
This role is based in a home office setting, primarily sedentary. Employees will sit or stand for long durations, operating computers, phones, and office equipment. Occasionally, movement around the home workspace may be necessary, with the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
