Role Overview: Relationship Banker 🏦
This role involves engaging with clients in the lobby to educate and assist with banking transactions via self-service tools such as mobile apps, online banking, and ATMs. You will process cash transactions accurately while developing in-depth relationships by understanding clients’ financial and life priorities. Connecting clients to tailored solutions will be a key part of your daily work.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
- Build strong relationships with clients to identify and meet their financial needs
- Adhere to established processes and regulatory guidelines, doing what is right for clients and the bank
- Expand your knowledge by collaborating with experts in small business, lending, and investments
- Manage client flow, appointments, and outbound calls effectively

Desired Qualifications ⭐
- Experience in financial services, with knowledge of products and solutions
- One year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentives environment with individual sales goals
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Associate’s Degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related fields
