Job Overview

This role involves engaging with clients in the lobby, providing education, assistance with transactions via self-service tools, and understanding their financial priorities to connect them with suitable solutions. You will process cash transactions accurately and build meaningful relationships to enhance the client experience. 💼

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Mandarin is essential.

  • Experience in financial services, including products and solutions knowledge.
  • At least one year of successful sales experience with individual goals.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant associate's degree (e.g., Business Management, Finance).
