Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Engage clients in the lobby, educate, and assist with transactions using self-service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs.
• Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions.
• Engage in in-depth conversations to understand clients' financial and life priorities.
• Connect clients to appropriate financial solutions to meet their goals.
• Build and nurture client relationships to address their financial needs.
• Follow established processes, guidelines, and comply with all laws and regulations.
• Partner with experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow business knowledge.
• Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
• Drive an exceptional client experience and manage cash responsibilities.

Required Qualifications ✅

• Mandarin Bilingual is mandatory.

• At least one year of successful sales experience with individual sales goals.
• Cash handling experience for at least six months.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, finance).
