Position Overview
Client Experience Specialist
This role involves engaging with clients in the lobby to provide education and assist with transactions through self-service options like mobile banking, online banking, or ATMs. Key responsibilities include processing cash transactions efficiently and engaging in meaningful conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities, then connecting them to appropriate solutions.

Required Qualifications

- 💼 Willing to work weekends and extended hours as required, at any nearby financial center within legal guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- 💼 Financial services industry experience and product knowledge
- 📊 At least one year of successful sales experience with sales goals
- 💵 Six months of cash handling experience
- 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Associate’s Degree in business, management, or finance
