🔎 About the Role

As a Relationship Banker, you'll be the welcoming face in our financial centers, engaging clients in the lobby, educating them on banking services, and assisting with transactions via self-service tools like mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs. Your role is vital in delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships.

💼 Responsibilities

  • Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with banking transactions
  • Process cash transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Hold meaningful conversations to understand clients' financial priorities
  • Connect clients with tailored solutions to meet their financial goals
  • Maintain adherence to all laws, regulations, and bank policies
  • Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs
  • Manage financial center traffic and outbound calls effectively
  • Drive the client experience through excellent service
  • Handle cash responsibilities responsibly
  • Collaborate with specialists in small business, lending, and investments

🎯 What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Hindi and English
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies
  • Comfortable educating clients on self-service banking
  • Capable of working weekends and extended hours

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services and product knowledge
  • At least 1 year of sales experience with measurable success
  • Cash handling experience for a minimum of 6 months
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant associate degree (e.g., Business, Finance)
