🔎 About the Role
As a Relationship Banker, you'll be the welcoming face in our financial centers, engaging clients in the lobby, educating them on banking services, and assisting with transactions via self-service tools like mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs. Your role is vital in delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships.
💼 Responsibilities
- Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with banking transactions
- Process cash transactions efficiently and accurately
- Hold meaningful conversations to understand clients' financial priorities
- Connect clients with tailored solutions to meet their financial goals
- Maintain adherence to all laws, regulations, and bank policies
- Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs
- Manage financial center traffic and outbound calls effectively
- Drive the client experience through excellent service
- Handle cash responsibilities responsibly
- Collaborate with specialists in small business, lending, and investments
🎯 What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies
- Comfortable educating clients on self-service banking
- Capable of working weekends and extended hours
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in financial services and product knowledge
- At least 1 year of sales experience with measurable success
- Cash handling experience for a minimum of 6 months
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant associate degree (e.g., Business, Finance)
