🎯 Responsibilities
- Develop & Implement Care Plans: Customize and execute personalized care strategies for each client.
- Conduct Therapy Sessions: Deliver individualized behavioral therapy utilizing proven techniques such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work hand-in-hand with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to create a strong support network.
- Perform Assessments: Conduct functional assessments to pinpoint needs and craft strategies to enhance daily living skills, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Maintain Records: Collect and update accurate behavioral and medical data to guide treatment adjustments.
- Partner with Educational Teams: Collaborate with special education professionals to incorporate therapy into learning environments.
- Educate & Support Families: Provide training on behavioral strategies and how to apply them effectively at home.
- Monitor Progress: Track client development and refine treatment plans to ensure continuous improvement.

- Strong Background: Experience in patient care and behavioral health principles.

💼 Job Details
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
